How to Buy Quality Japanese Vehicles from Alpha Corporation?

There are two ways to buy a quality vehicle from Alpha Corporation: either from our stock, or from from auctions. If you don't find a car that meets your requirement in our stock, you can search (after you become a member of our website) the biggest Japanese auctions online yourself or send an inquiry to our mail.

To enable us to act on your behalf at the auctions you have to put down a deposit of 20 % of the value of the car. Once we have made a sucessful bid ,after bid take's place (avaibility of the car is confirmed); we will send you via fax or mail .

After receiving the proforma invoice please transfer the money within three working days. Payment can be in Japanese Yen or USD or EUR and please transfer it to our bank acount.

After receipt of payment is confirmed ,we will start making arrangememnts for shipping the car to your desired destination and inform you of all the details. Note: We can only confirm receipt during Japanese banking hours( Monday to Friday, from 9 A.M to 15 P.M, Japan time). Please let us know if insurance coverage is preferable.

As soon as the vehicle is on the ship, copy of the invoices and Bill of Lading including all details (ship name, departure date, arrival date) will be faxed to you. Original documents will be sent to your address courier mail such as EMS, UPS or DHL.

We transport the car from Auction Hall, where it was purchased ,to the nearest port.But if there is no port near the auction hall then addition charges will be expected. Please see above:

For some country to import a car ,the buyer has to have the JAAI inspection or JEVIC inspection that means extra charges for the importer of the car. The country who need one of this car inspection are: Kenya,Bangladesh, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Tanzania, Germany.

Delivery services

We arrange promt shipment along with all the necessary documentation after procuring your car from the auctions or our stock. We provid all the necessary documentation, expenses inside Japan, booking vessels for shipping, arraging ocean freight insurance. Payment of freight costs will depend on the type of shipping (Ro-Ro or container).This is for RO-RO shipping:

1. FOB: Free On Board is the price of the purchased vehicle plus the cost of processing (vehicle purchased cost , auction fee, transport &handling within Japan , de-registration and document processing fees, sevice fee).
   
2. CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight is the price of the purchased car plus the cost of freight. We will send you the Customs Invoice , Bill of Landing and all the necessary documents and infor you of arrival date.
   • FOB price = Successful bid +Auction fee+Inland transportation+TRS+agent fee.
   • C&F price = Successful bid +Auction fee +Inland transportation+ TRS+agent fee+ Freight.
   • CIF price = Successful bid+ Auction fee + Inland transportation +TRS+ agent fee +Freight+Insurance.
   • TRSis the terminal receiving, handling, documentation, customs clearance.

It shows the name and address of the buyer and a detailed description of the goods sold .It incudes details of the product,quantity, price, delivery point,charges and other significant details of the transaction.

Proforma invoice is the first draft of a seller's bill to the buyer.It is a quatation sent from seller to the buyer containing description of goods to be delivered.It includes the product details , quantity, value,buyers name and address etc. . Based on the Proforma Invoice, the buyer decides either to procceed on with the order ;either to stop it.

The standard range is from 1 to 5. 5 and higher are often times new or nearly new vehicles.

• 5    = new condition;
• 4,5 = almost new condition ;
• 4,0 = very good condition ;
• 3,5 = good condition;
• 3,0 = average to poor condition ;
• 2,5 = very poor condition ;
• 2,0 = bad condition ;
• 1,0 = flood/ water damage ;
• 0 or -1 = accident damage; These are not usually visible during standard searches.
